Men's Bible Group

Music Ministry

Harmony is one of two contemporary praise bands at St. Paul's UMC. Harmony leads worship on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at the 10:30 a.m. Contemporary service. Additional soprano and alto vocalists enhance this upbeat contemporary praise band singing uplifting Christian music. Harmony practices on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m.

A Loud Voice leads worship on the first and third Sundays of the month at the 10:30 a.m. Contemporary service. A Loud Voice performs a wide variety of inspiring contemporary Christian music. A Loud Voice practices on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Adult Choir/Chancel Choir

Directed by Steve Manning, Music Director for St. Paul's UMC, the Chancel Choir sings at the 8:30 a.m. Traditional Sunday service. Several times throughout the year the Chancel Choir also sings at the 10:30 a.m. Contemporary Services. Additionally the Chancel Choir participates in the community Easter Cantata and Christmas Concert. The Chancel Choir practices will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the new church building. Contact Steve Manning or Phyllis Whitehead with questions.

Women's Ministry

Ladies Breakfast

St. Paul's ladies meet at 8:30 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Landmark Restaurant for short devotional and fellowship hour. Contact Mary Appleget 319-668-9647 for more information about this gathering.

Monday/Tuesday morning Women's Bible Study at 9:30 a.m.

All women are invited to join us on either Monday or Tuesday mornings starting at 9:30 a.m. on August 24th. We will be studying Philippians, a letter that Paul wrote from prison. This study will help us experience peace of mind as we learn to imitate Christ and press on toward the goal He has set before us. Please contact Pastor Helen if you have any questions.
